Went into the basement to turn on the water access outdoors for the season and the valve started leaking. My boyfriend was at work so I called around in a panic. Colin answered right away and asked me a few questions to assess what was going on. Older home with older plumbing he figured it was an easy fix but instead of trying to explain it over the phone, since I was clearly in a panic, he came right over to give it a look. Luckily it was just a loose nut that needed to be tightened. And told me what to do to prevent this in the future. Made sure the water was turned on outdoors before he left. Grateful for his kindness to a new home owner and he will definitely have all my plumbing business in the future!
