Colin is very quick to answer the call, quick to respond to a request, and quick to make the necessary repair. We had a toilet that had been installed with the wrong seat, and we weren't able to contort ourselves to undo the bolts located up inside the back of the equipment. When I explained the problem to Colin, he immediately understood what I was saying. He was pretty sure he could fix it without having to unseat the toilet and reseat it on the wax seal, which I had been assured by someone else was the only way the problem could be solved! Colin came over right when he said he would, looked at the task at hand, and within a very few minutes the job was done. Colin is knowledgeable, skilled and ready to work, and I recommend him highly.
