Colin responded to us within hours of my husband contacting him and came out within 48 hours. He had our problem (standing water in our bathtub) solved within 5 minutes and didn’t charge us a thing. He even gave us tips for what to do if we had the same issue again. He was friendly, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend!
