My first call with Colin and he surprisingly offered me suggestions that I could do myself to make sure the problem gets fixed. Now that is NOT common these days when every plumbing job is made to feel like a surgery appointment. Not so with Colin. He happened to diagnose the issue over a small video of the leak I sent. He is friendly and honest based on first initial conversations with him. If my problem does not get fixed after tightening the packing nut, I am definitely calling him.?? After getting a better wrench ... I tightened the packing nut a bit further and the leak that was a stream came to a stop. I will absolutely call Colin and also will refer him to my friends if and when need arises.
