I recently needed to replace the main water valve in my home, and I contacted Colin the Plumber for assistance. I was very impressed with the level of service that I received from one of the partners, Nick. He was highly responsive and arrived right on time. Nick was professional and courteous throughout the process and offered different solutions for the issue. He kept me updated on the progress of the repair and the job only took an hour. After replacing the valve there was a small leak on the other side of the meter but Nick repaired that quickly and even looked over some of my own plumbing work from the night before.
