Colin was very prompt to my request for service, and his colleague Nick showed up within 2 hours of calling. Explained what he was going to do, and the potential costs. Within 2 hours he had the sewer line cleared out, and showed me the feed from the scope camera to show the condition of the pipe and small amounts of roots in it. The price seemed maybe a bit high compared to online searches, but I didn't get multiple quotes, and for the service I received I was still happy.
