I had a sewer backup issue & called Colin. The plumber who came out tried hard with a couple of different machines, but couldn't clear the obstruction, and explained the next steps in getting the city involved. In these situations the homeowner is in between the plumber & city, potentially facing very expensive repairs. I spoke with Colin.. the following day he showed up personally with two plumbers to show city workers exactly what his plumber had encountered. In the face of this demonstration the city then took action. Everything happened pretty much how Colin & his team figured it would. He obviously cares an awful lot about his reputation and his customers.. highly recommended.
