We have some tricky old plumbing that other plumbers have struggled with in the past. Colin came over last minute to fix the leak on a Friday night, and drove all around the city looking for the right parts on the weekend. He fixed a leaky shower that other plumbers told us would need to be replaced all together. Thoroughly impressed with Colin, and we are customers for life. Couldn't recommend him more!

I called to get a second estimate on some costly plumbing work and they came out within a couple of hours of my call, diagnosed my problem, and explained to me how to take care of it much cheaper and easier than what the first plumber had recommended. The plumber took his time, explained everything to me, and was very professional and courteous. He could’ve rerouted our drainage system and sent me a huge bill and instead he gave me honest advice and saved me a ton of money. It’s so refreshing to work with someone honest and ethical. From now on, these are the only plumbers I’ll call because I know they’ve not overcharging or doing unnecessary work. Such a good experience!

I highly recommend Colin the Plumber. We were referred to Colin after noticing a small sinkhole spot in our driveway. Our driveway repair company thought that it could be caused by a broken water line and said we needed to address that first. Colin came out the very next day, looked things over and told us with full confidence that our pipes are in good working order. He was honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy. So happy to know that Colin and his company are available next time we have any plumbing issues.

My first call with Colin and he surprisingly offered me suggestions that I could do myself to make sure the problem gets fixed. Now that is NOT common these days when every plumbing job is made to feel like a surgery appointment. Not so with Colin. He happened to diagnose the issue over a small video of the leak I sent. He is friendly and honest based on first initial conversations with him. If my problem does not get fixed after tightening the packing nut, I am definitely calling him.?? After getting a better wrench ... I tightened the packing nut a bit further and the leak that was a stream came to a stop. I will absolutely call Colin and also will refer him to my friends if and when need arises.

I had a screw stuck my garbage disposal, I called Colin , Nick came the next day gave me options with fair prices . It was a quick fix and reasonably good price . Great job by Nick who was friendly and took care to make sure I was good to go..... Definitely will call them again and recommend them to everyone.

Colin installed a Hot water Tank! He was in and out in just over an hour. He did an outstanding job! He is friendly and knowledgeable. Garbage disposal died on Monday and we called around 6:00 pm. Showed up on time on Tuesday afternoon and replaced the disposal. On time, courteous and professional. Would recommend and will call them again with any plumbing issue.

I had a bathtub clog and did some research on who to use. My friends also used this service so I felt good about that. I went to the website, submitted a request for service and had a response to my initial request for service in 3 minutes on a Sunday at 8pm. Nick came out the next day (I requested 430 on Monday for an appointment) and was contacted prior to arrival to let me know the status of an exact arrival time. Nick has a great, easy going personality! He explained the problem, showed me what he was doing to fix it and walked me through how my old house pipes functioned. We recently bought a house and wanted to get a new dishwasher installed but needed a new water valve installed specific to the dishwasher. Nick came in and installed one for us. He was super friendly, responsive, informative AND came next day. The job was done smoothly and in n out within an hour. Plus he even went above and beyond and assisted us with finding the specific switch on our half labeled circuit breaker for the dishwasher. I highly reccomend these guys! Thanks again!

We do not have enough good things to say about Nick and the hard work and attention he pours into his work. He has been our go to plumber for our two salon locations. As you can imagine a salon has a ton of plumbing and safety needs as well complicated puzzles to figure out and Nick tackles every problem with thoroughness, quality, and efficiency. He communicates every step of the way, goes above and beyond and is always there ASAP when we have an emergency. We recently did a decent build out in one of our salons and Nick was the hardest working professional and individual we worked with during that process by a long shot. I cannot recommend this company enough, we will trust Nick's word and anything he recommends as long as our salon is open. 5 Stars for Colin. He came right over when our basement flooded from the storm. Even though we had pressurized caps plugging the drains, the storm blew them out due to the pressure - Colin put in heavy duty storm plugs for us. The storm water flooded out our hot water tank too but he was able to get it up and running. Colin to the rescue! So glad he responded so quickly to help us. Colin is our guy and should be yours too.
